The ministry of Christian Life Kids is a place where, “kids come to Life!”  The kids are lead by a group of people who have a heart for children.   These adults have a desire to make sure that children are loved, valued, and nurtured in their faith as they become committed followers of Jesus Christ. 

Jesus placed significant importance on leading children to Him when he said in Mark, Chapter 10, “Let the children come to Me and do not forbid them.”  We have an important task to bring up our children to follow Jesus and we accept and understand that call here at CLC.

Psalm 8 tells us, “From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise…”  Children are meant to “come to Life” for Jesus and we do this with dynamic praise and worship allowing the kids to sing as David did before the Lord.  

In each kid-friendly service kids encounter God in ways they can understand in an age appropriate environment:

Our pre-school kids learn about Jesus through interactive storytelling, allowing the kids to “live out” the Bible lesson.  This is followed by handiwork that is done as a group as the Bible story is being retold through play dough, crafts, coloring pages and other age appropriate resources. 

Our elementary kids experience God through, music, games, interactive activities, giving, video, and a message which challenges kids to live up to all that God has for them.    Small group time is an integral part of our service allowing the leaders and kids to have more intimate discussion and prayer regarding the teaching of that day.

Teach our children to “love the Lord their God with all their heart and with all their soul and with all their mind…….. and to love their neighbors as themselves”  (Matthew 22:37)

Children’s Church is a celebration of worship starting with music for all kids ages 2 – 11 (Pre-K through 5th Grade) in the Sonshine room.  From there, the Bible comes to life through games, crafts, object lessons and more.  Your kids won’t want to miss a week and they’ll probably want to bring a friend! 

• 1st through 5th will be dismissed from downstairs after service
• 2 yrs through 5 years must be picked up by parent from Rainbow Room

Missionettes
Missionettes is an auxiliary program of the Women's Ministries department of the Assemblies of God.   Missionettes purpose is the development of girls for Christian living through Bible teaching, study, and achievement programs

Nursery
The nursery at Christian Life Church is staffed with trained, dedicated volunteers.  All rooms have been baby- proofed and are filled with age appropriate toys.  Your children, ages 0-2 will receive excellent care and even story time in a beautifully decorated nursery.  You can focus on Pastor Mike’s teachings and know that your baby is in good hands.   Our “mommy call system” will alert you right away if baby needs you.  We know that sometimes babies just need mommy.  Stop by for a tour before or after church.  We’d love to show you around.

The nursery is open for Sunday morning and Sunday evening services.
